www.nolablack.ng (the “Website”) is operated by NOLA BLACK ENTERPRISES, a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. These Terms cover the Website and related services of NOLA BLACK ENTERPRISES.

Use of the website

The Website and related services (the "Services"), including any applications which allow you to buy our products from us on mobile devices, are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use, and any other rules posted on the Website (“Terms”).

To ensure your best purchase experience, we ask that you please carefully read these Terms before placing your order.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, for the sole purpose of engaging Services, reviewing products, and pursuing customer relations assistance. NOLA BLACK reserves the right to withdraw or amend our Services without notice.

Nola Black’s General Purchase Policies are designed to protect all parties involved and to provide you with a completely secure purchase path. Nola Black’s Privacy Policy defines our commitment to securing your privacy at every level of contact within this Website and through our Services.

Please note: Persons under 13 years of age must present the Nola Black Privacy Policy to their parent or guardian before registering to use our Services. We reserve the right to accept orders only from purchasers over 18 years of age.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

General purchase policies

Ordering

Orders are placed online via the Website or as direct purchases (Custom Orders) via email to Nola Black.

Orders may be placed for products that are In-Stock, Pre-Orders or Custom Orders.

In-Stock includes products currently available for purchase.

Pre-Orders include any bags that are normally In-Stock, but are currently in production or the quantity on hand is extremely limited.

A Pre-Order secures the desired bag for purchase as soon as it becomes available.

Custom Orders include any piece that steps outside Nola Black’s currently offered variation (colours, sizes, and materials).

Custom Orders may involve substantial production time, especially if the customisation includes a configuration, or size previously not produced.

Custom orders should be placed with care as they are non-refundable. [please see Refunds]

Availability of Pre-Orders and Custom Orders will be given as best estimates.

Image-to-Product Comparison Disclaimer: Nola Black pieces are created using high quality materials: majorly natural and minority synthetic fibres which will contain grains, patterns, colours and tones that are unique to that material and to the piece produced from it.

Nola Black cannot be responsible for the quality of product images viewed on digital venues other than the Nola Black website. The images on the website are the truest possible representations of the available products and are created using natural or studio lighting.

Payment

All payments you submit for Nola Black purchases are processed by Nola Black’s designated payment intermediary, PayStack

A receipt is provided by this intermediary at the point of purchase. A personalised Nola Black receipt is included with your shipped bag.

Your personal payment information is never available to Nola Black in any form; that information is only available to our designated payment intermediary through their secure payment portal.

Import responsibilities

Import duties or fees and local taxes connected with the purchase or shipping of any order is the purchaser's responsibility. Unfortunately, Nola Black cannot know what additional costs may be associated with making your purchase or shipping your purchase to your locale.

We urge our purchasers to acquaint themselves with any local rules or regulations that might mean import duties or local taxes would be charged to you. Such costs are not refundable, as they are not paid to Nola Black but to the governmental entities at your location.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Please Note: All prices indicated on the website include delivery via an insured courier, but do not include local taxes. This process is normally achieved in 5-7 working days for in-stock items. Shipping is free for orders over NGN50,000.

Domestic shipping within Lagos Nigeria costs a standard NGN1,500 

Domestic shipping outside Lagos Nigeria costs a standard NGN3,000

International Shipping

Please Note: All prices indicated on the website include delivery via Fedex International Priority service, but do not include local taxes (if applicable).Upon receipt, orders are submitted to the factory, where they are carefully fulfilled and readied for shipment. This process is normally achieved in 7-14 working days for instock items. However, delivery time could differ from this depending on specific location.

An email is then sent to you advising that your order is ready to ship, the date it will ship, the courier information, and the projected delivery date. Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information with their order. Nola Black cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if the purchaser has given incorrect delivery information.

Shipments cannot be redirected once shipped. While every effort is made to ensure that shipment and delivery times and dates are accurate and completed as stated, Nola Black cannot be responsible for delays resulting from adverse weather conditions, courier mismanagement, delivery to remote locations, or other delivery obstacles beyond our control.

Your signature (or the signature of your designee) will be required upon delivery of your order.

Please Note: Nola Black is not liable for a lost or missing order that was shipped to a purchaser-provided address and signed for by a purchaser-approved signatory.

Refunds

Nola Black has a no refund policy, all items purchased are final and can only be subject to exchange or in-store credits

Exchanges/Returns

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or if a wrong size was delivered. All exchanges must be reported and made within 5 working days of receiving your item. All items from the outlet/sales are final and can not be exchanged or returned.

The purchaser is responsible for shipping and paying shipping charges on their exchanges/returns.

The following requirements must be met to ensure smooth processing of your return:

Overall, the returned bag must be returned in the condition it was received: perfect, with all tags attached and intact.

The returned bag must be re-packed in the same container in which it was shipped.

Returned items that do not meet our internal return policies may be refused.
